Egg Muffins

Ingredients
2 spring onions
150g cooked bacon
12 eggs
175g cheddar cheese grated
Makes 6 Serves (147g per serve))
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C
2. Either use muffin cases in your muffin tin or use a greased silicone muffin tin
3. Add finely chopped spring onions and cooked bacon to the bottom of the muffin case/tin
4. Whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and combine. You can also add herbs or spices as you wish.
5.Pour the egg mixture on top of the onions and bacon and then bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (depending on muffin size)
